We have been providing creative design and space-planning CAD layout services to businesses, corporations and institutions of all sizes for 25 years. We can assist initially with the production of feasibility studies providing schematic draft layouts and all relevant information concerning capacity, EC regulations and other information. After approval of conceptual drawings we can prepare detailed layouts as required. We can advise on the latest space saving practices and working concepts optimising your space. We can improve your employee morale, proven to reduce time off sick and enhance productivity in the workplace. Our pricing structure is extremely competitive and in circumstances where we are able to offer quotations for the resulting works there are often no charges at all for elements of the planning work undertaken. If however, you simply require the space-planning service only, without any other services, we can provide that service for around £250.00 per working day.

Obviously our initial consultancy is without any charge or commitment, we can visit your office, discuss your potential project, estimate all potential fees and set out a method statement for your consideration.
